Eligibility Criteria

All Pearl Academy Bachelor’s applicants for the AY 2026 are eligible for the scholarship, applicable only to the January admission cycle, with no separate application required.
Selection Criteria

Eligibility Criteria & Assessment:
a. All applicants of Pearl Academy in all Bachelor's programmes for the Academic Year 2026 are eligible for the Scholarship. Applicants are not required to apply for the Scholarship separately.
b. Applicants will be offered the Scholarship based on their performance in the Pearl Entrance Exam, which includes a Written Exam(GPT & DAT) and a Personal Interview.
c. Applicants for Fashion and Design programmes are also required to showcase their portfolio, which serves as a platform for evaluating their technical and conceptual proficiency. Portfolio showcase is not required for applicants of Business programme.
The Scholarship for New Entrance of AY 2026 will begin in January examination Cycle 2026 and end as soon as allotted seats for scholarships are filled.
Note: This scholarship is provided by Pearl Academy to students studying at Pearl Academy only. We do not provide scholarships to enable students to study at other institutions.
Selection Process:
The scholarship is awarded based on merit, considering the performance of applicants in the Pearl Entrance Exam, which includes a Written Exam, Personal Interview, and Portfolio Showcase. We encourage students to build their portfolio for the scholarship application.
Scholarship Policy
To reward talented applicants, Creative Arts Education Society (CAES) (operates through its constituent academic facilities of Pearl Academy) announces the Early Admission Merit Scholarship while inviting applications for its Bachelor’s programs in the January Cycle only.
The terms and conditions outlined herein (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of this Early Admission Merit Scholarship Program at Creative Arts Education Society.
By participating in the scholarship program, the applicant (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") agrees to the following:
1. Scholarship Criteria
Eligibility Criteria and Assessment
To qualify for the Early Admission Merit Scholarship, applicants must:
- Have completed Class 12 for Bachelor’s programs by July 2026.
- Scholarship will be applicable for the January cycle AY 2026.
- Scholarships will be awarded based on performance in the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Exam, which includes a Written Exam and a Personal Interview.
- All applicants for Bachelor’s programs for Academic Year 2026 are eligible to be considered for the Early Admission Merit Scholarship. Applicants are not required to apply for the Scholarship separately.
- The Scholarship will be granted solely on the basis of the Creative Arts Education Society’s Entrance Exam results and not for any other exam.
- Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to determine merit rankings at its sole discretion.
- The waiver of fees under the Scholarship will apply only to the first year’s semester component fees.
- Be a resident of India.
This scholarship will be awarded only to applicants who meet the below-defined Scholarship Criteria for the first year.
Scholarships for AY 2026 entrants will be applicable to January 2026 examination cycle only. This scholarship is exclusively for applicants studying at Creative Arts Education Society and cannot be transferred to any other institution.
2. Scholarship Benefits
The Early Admission Merit Scholarship will cover up to 100% of the semester component fees for the first year only, based on the applicant’s performance in the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination.
3. Scholarship Coverage
Scholarships will be granted as a reduction in semester component fees, covering tuition, academic services, infrastructure, and technology fees, at Creative Arts Education Society’s discretion.
4. Disqualification Criteria
Applicants who:
- Have not qualified for or not attended the Creative Arts Education Society’s Entrance Exam.
- Misrepresent their eligibility or provide false information at any stage.
Such applicants will be immediately disqualified from the Early Admission Merit Scholarship Program.
5. Responsibilities of Applicants
It is the responsibility of the applicants to verify their eligibility before submitting their entries.
If an applicant is found to be ineligible at any stage, their submission will be disqualified.
6. Final Decision
All decisions taken by Creative Arts Education Society and/or its designated authorities, including the Examination Office, in relation to shortlisting of applicants shall be final, binding, and non-challengeable.
7. Scholarship Restrictions
Awarded scholarships:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
- Cannot be transferred to another course, campus, or academic year.
- Will be directly adjusted against the student's fees.
8. Communication of Results
The results will be communicated to all eligible applicants via email and will also be available on the website.
9. Creative Arts Education Society’s Discretion
Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to withdraw or amend any listed scholarship without prior notification and at any point in time at its sole discretion.
10. Withdrawal of Scholarship
If a scholarship recipient declines admission to the offered course, their scholarship will become void. In cases of withdrawal, the scholarship will be revoked, and refunds will be processed per the standard fee structure. No scholarship amount shall be refunded in cash under any circumstances.
11. One Scholarship Per Student
A student is eligible for only one type or scheme of scholarship in a given academic year.

- Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or extend the Early Admission Merit Scholarship Program at any time without prior notice.
- The Scholarship is awarded for the first year only and is not renewable for subsequent years.
- This communication is without prejudice to any rights of Creative Arts Education Society and does not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
- Entrance exam marks/rank will not be disclosed to the applicants.
